Laser Edge Deletion by the Market Leader

Lowest cost per part with INLINE 2.0 - Based on our experience from numerous projects for manufacturers of CIGS, CdTe and a-Si/µc-Si thin-film panels we have further optimized our INLINE platform for edge deletion. Up to 1kW average laser power provide takt times of below 30 seconds for some panel types. Low-maintenance laser- and optical components, compact and solid design and proven peripherals make the INLINE a highly reliable tool. Short pulses and top-hat beam shaping provide for a small heat affected zone at the absorber edge and a minimum dead zone between edge and isolation scribe. Glass tolerances are compensated by a dynamic focus control and programmable edge dimensions. Additional processing requirements such as glass side overspray or seam residue removal, as well as isolation-scribes or quarter size inside deletion can be implemented.
