We have merged our four operating companies, 4JET Technologies GmbH, 4JET microtech GmbH, 4JET systech GmbH, and 4JET Holding GmbH, into a single entity. Effective immediately, the merged company operates under the name 4JET GmbH.
The merger and name change were completed with entries in the commercial register in August and September 2026 and are effective retroactively as of January 1, 2026.
Historically, the 4JET Group was organized into multiple legal entities aligned with its business segments, including Tire, Glass, and Micromachining. By consolidating these companies, we are simplifying our corporate structure, reducing administrative complexity, and streamlining internal processes.
The new 4JET GmbH assumes all rights and obligations of the former companies and will continue their business operations without interruption.
At the same time, we are completing the integration of Corning Laser Technologies, which was acquired in 2025. As part of this process, all glass processing activities will be consolidated at our headquarters in Alsdorf, Germany, near Aachen. The current site in Krailling will be closed at the end of 2026.
With this new corporate structure, we are creating the foundation for even more efficient processes and the successful implementation of future development and innovation initiatives. We look forward to continuing to support our customers under the new name with high-performance solutions, technological expertise, and extensive know-how.
